New Tier 1 Rules

Post by smas4er » Wed Apr 13, 2011 2:35 pm

Hi Guys

Just wanted to ask that the Tier 1 General Migrant Path was to close on 4th April for UK as well. I had thought that some transition would have been placed for existing Tier 1 holders. Is there any update on this as to what the new rules are, how it affects current Tier 1 holders. I have been to UK Border Agency but there are no updates there.

What is to happen with people who are on Tier 1 and need to apply for extension, do same rules apply as before?

Do you know where can I find the rule/regulation which states this. I couldn't find this anywhere in the government website.

perhaps you should look a bit harder.

the rules remain there for existing tier 1 (g) holders. they have only gone for new applicants.
