Biometric Ref number invalid

Hi

I received an email from ukba with a reference id I can use to book an appointment for biometrics, BUT when I try to use that number - it states " Your reference number is incorrect. Please amend your entry."

Initially I thought it takes time to upload to the database so I waited for 2 days before retrying , but without any luck.

anybody faced a similar situation? .. any recommendations would help.

Append 0 to the ref no

Sometimes when you copy from your e-mail it could get copied with an extra space at the end. So remove the space or try typing in the number in the box instead of copy-paste. Hope this helps
