ILR Holder

Am posting this post on behalf of my friend.

Indefinate Leave to remain holder. She is on ILR. Through 10 year rule. She has got three jobs..two of the jobs she's permanent 12 hr each. and the third job is a bank job so its whenever they need her. In total in a week she clocks about 40-48hours. She takes home about £1400-1600 gross.She is renting a two bed flat, plus bills and food which comes to a total of £1100.

With that sort of money is it enough to be granted a settlement Visa for her Child. She has got about £1000 savings , no benefit.
