Hsmp accountant for self employment- Urgent help Please

Post by avi123 » Mon Apr 18, 2011 1:24 am

Hello,

First of all thank you to everyone and the seniors for such a wonderful forum.

I was wondering if its possible to appeal after the hsmp has been denied because the accountant was not certified by ACCA or any other bodies recognised by UKBA.

Would it be possible to get the profit and loss earnings for self employment recertified by a registered ACCA accountant and then go for an appeal. Seniors your expert opinion and valuable response would be much appreciated.

Also is there any one who has had a similar case like this, where in it was rejected on the above grounds.

Many thanks in advance,

Regards

Yes, there is no harm in going this route.

If I were you, I would have done this. And I assume chances are good that AIT will decide in your favour.

Yes I do know one guy personally whose appeal was allowed as you are trying to do now.

Good luck.
