Hi everybody,
Can anyone clarify me? My question is, If someone is issued with IS96NW after the failure of asylum claim. Does it means that he/she is issued with deportation order?

This is the worst piece of paper you could ever have from the home office,
cos I've got the same. It is issued to failed asyum seekers who have to
attend reporting centers. I've been here thirteen years, gone through all
the appeals, still reporting weekly for the last 2.5 years. You never know
when to expect "the chop". Its basically a nightmare I wouldn't wish on
anybody. Few of my friends have gone underground leading a happy,
normal life.

Failed asylum seekers are never issued with deportation orders unless they have committed a serious crime or their presence in the UK is not conducive to public good.

Yes, failed asylum seekers are usually administratively removed from the UK. Deportation order are more complicated to handle that admin removals.
