A couple of questions???

Post by langet so pilon » Thu Apr 21, 2011 1:00 am

Hi all,

I have got a couple of questions concerning my application for PSW.

First one is that I have done my biometrics at my local post office, everything went fine got my receipt etc. Now what I would like to ask is do i have to send the receipt or any other document to the home office to prove that I have done my biometrics OR is it done by the authorities at the post office who did my biometrics?

Second one is that I have just received my MBA Certificate today. Do you guys think that I should fill in a change of circumstances form and send my certificate to the Home Office? If yes do I include a covering letter stating my reference number?

(Of course I have already sent a letter from my college stating that I have been awarded the degree, as I had not got my certificate at the time of the application).

On the acknowledgement letter it does say dont send any other documents unless requested but I read somewhere on the forum that this can be ignored?

Thanks guys in advance.

1. The postoffice will do it, you do not need to anything else.

2. Yes if you want to post the certficiate do so no harm, fill in the form.

Reference number on enveloppe

Post by langet so pilon » Thu Apr 21, 2011 2:40 am

Thanks for the reply.

You think I should put the case reference number on the enveloppe to make it easier for them or will that complicate things?

Thanks again

your full name, nationality, date of birth, passport number and reference number as printed on your letter should ALSO be mentioned either in the form or as a covering letter.

These things help them find your original application

Cheers

Change of circumstances (COC) form where to send?

Post by langet so pilon » Sun Apr 24, 2011 3:08 pm

Hi all,

Should the COC be sent to :

UK Border Agency
Change of circumstances form
PO Box 3468
Sheffield
S3 8WA

OR

to the postal address where I posted my application.

A little bit confused about this one

Thanks in advance.
