Reading in the forum here, it take any where between 2 to 3 weeks once it goes to the caseworker. So I agree with Ferrarilondon, if our cases have been picked up by the caseworkers, this week or last week, it should be done within next 10 to 15 days.dx1129 wrote:goody09, i believe it might take 3-5 days, don't worry! you will have the good news shortly
We had an interview on the same day. And my passport was also delivered on 19th but I was not at home. I re-arranged delivery for today like you but I am still waiting. Did you re-arrange it on-line?Glauco wrote:Passport Application Timeline:

Payment deducted from my card: 12/04/2011
Supporting documents were returned: 14/04/2011
Letter asking to book interview: 15/04/2011
Date of Interview: 16/04/2011 - London Elephant & Castle
Passport received: 21/04/2011 (they tried to deliver it on the 19t/04 but was not home).
The entire process is now complete! End of a long journey!
Thank you Glauco! I have re-arranged it online to be delivered today, if it doesn't turn up late afternoon I will try to call them. Anyway congratulations and have a nice day!Glauco wrote:Hi Camellia,
Congratulations! I called them - the line is bad as it's automatic system (voice recognition system), but if you say OPERATOR it connects you through to the call handler.
My partner suggested this as he already worked in call centre - they never say advertise that the "operator" key word works!
Then I arranged it pick it up from their distribution centre (they have several in London).
