Applied Apr 4 - chance of getting my passport back May 6?

Hi all - I applied for Tier 1 general on Apr 4 (delivered to UKBA April 5), $ was debited today (Apr 20), I would love to hear people's thoughts on the probability of getting my passport back in time for a trip I have on May 6 (given that all is well with my application, fingers crossed!)? I also enclosed a Royal Mail next day delivery with my application for them to send back my passport. thanks!

chances are very low as holidays are on for the next couple of weeks.Also you need to finish your biometircs as well

Yes i agree chances are slim, as there are lots of holidays. i have applied on 3rd March and am still waiting, did my biometrics on 11th March. i hope you get it on time.

Hi Avi, that worries me a lot. I have booked for biometric on Apr 26 and I need my passport by May 20th . Mine is a straight forward application . conversion from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 1 General.

Can you tell me which category u r switching.
