ILR - Modernised Guide on calculating period - Typing error?

There appears to be typing error in subject guide issued on 19 April. On page 3 it provides that:
* highly-skilled migrant programme (paragraph 245E-F), and

Whereas in Immigration Rules Para 245E pertains to Tier 1 (Investor) ,Para 245EF pertains to ILR of Investor and Para 245F pertains to PSW who have no ILR. ILR of HSMP is provided in Para 135G


Any guess /comment about intended Para?

Yes. There appears to be a typing mistake and hopefully would berectified

245E-F refers to paragraphs in the immigration rules before the changes effective from 06-Apr-11 were included (and paragraphs renumbered).

A mistake in quoting paragraphs - yes - given the changes introduced from 06-Apr-11. But still relevant despite the wrong reference - for the reason above.
