hi

Am currently with my children as my partner is in uk working and preparing for me to join her in august, she was claiming working credit tax and child tax
but she has now seized to claim it as now she is working over 50hrs. now my question is if she give 6 month bank statement some of bank statement will show she was claiming those benefit, will this give problem, in applying spouse visa,

If there is also no entitlement for a joint claim of tax credits subsequent to your arrival, then you should be okay.
