NRI quota/NRI school in India after British Citizenship+OCI?

Friends,
Please look into the below query for my friend:
1) After one becomes a British Citizen (also gets OCI) and plans to move back to India for kids education, do their kids get admission under normal primary/secondary school quota in India. Or does it have to be the NRI quota for pri/sec schooling?
2) Or does the child have to be in a NRI school altogether?

3) What are the rough fees for NRI quota in a normal school, if thats possible? Anyone who has tried this has any ideas?
4) What is the rough fees in NRI school for the student?

5) If it has to be the NRI school, is it avialable in all Cities or restricted cities?

NRI fees & quotas are mostly in colleges/uni. Schools do not tend to have these AFAIK.

I agree. My friend recently went back to India. And his kids were admitted in school as normal.
