HSMP Urgent Treatment? Help needed

Post by gautat » Wed Jul 05, 2006 10:53 am

Experts,

I have my interview date aligned for US business visa (temporary visit for official purpose) and I have sent all my original documents to home office. 3 weeks have already passed and my application is yet not assigned to case worker. I need to appear for VISA with all my original documents.

So my question to group is Can I request for urgent treatment here? I don’t know if my reason is good enough for urgent treatment? As an evidence I can provide copy of my visa appointment received from US consulate.

Can any one advise on this please? Will it have any adverse impact to my HSMP application?

Thanks in advance.

You can apply for urgent treatment, whether they will treat it urgently or whether it will get done any quicker is another matter.

My Urgent Treatment is accepted by Home office and my case is now assigned to case worker.
