Pre licence visit by visiting officer- help pls!

Hi

Recently my employer applied for sponsor licence but UKBA will be doing a pre-licence visit next week, the have asked us to make ready certain documents. e.g. employers liability insurance, vat certificate, company history etc

Since many of you already had been visited by the officers, could you please tell me what questions they ask to
(1) employer
(2) emploee (miigrant emplyoee).

In the letter they have also mentioned that they would interview 2 migant employeees as well.

I'll be greatful if you could please tell me what sort of questions they ask
