WORK PERMIT DEPENDENT VISA FOR MY INFANT DAUGHTER

Hi

I have applied for my daughter's work permit dependent VISA on 5th Aril 2011 and till date it is showing'' your VISA application has been forwarded to the British High Commision''. What doesn this mean? Can any one advise

Hi Thanks for the reply, today a email came from BHC stating that your application is in the que and will be dealt in due course. Please be patient while we access your application in line with normal standards. Does this mean they havent seen my application yet or they are already processing it. In the subject of the mail they have quoted a 6 digit. Is it the application no?

Please advise me regarding my mail as I am quite anxious as it is alomost going to be 3 weeks.

it means what it says, the application is in a queue. you need to wait.

Thanks for reply. I have checked VISA processing time and it says 3 weeks. What would be your suggestion regarding this?

Evidence of income - payslips.
Evidence of available funds - bank statement(s).
Evidence of accommodation - tenancy agreement / copy of land registry / confirmation from the mortgage lender / council tax bill.
