Can somebody tell me what was the minimum points requirement, if you intend to convert in-country from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 1 General, before April 06th 2011.

Was it 75 or 80?

From July 2010 to April 06 2011, the minimum points requirement is 80 points

Thanks for the response. So If I had applied with 75 points, would my application be turned down before biometric or after biometric.

After you have given your biometrics. Didn't you notice points requirements when filling the form?

Thanks Celtic. I had 80 points. It was for one of my friend who had applied with 75 and gave his biometric.
