Problem re-entering UK with a 2/3 weeks left on Spouse visa?

Hi all,

My wife has a Spouse visa which expires on 22 July. Before then, we will make an appointment for ILR at the Liverpool Public Enquiry Office.

Question: will she face any problems re-entering the UK if we went on holiday for a few weeks in June - her Spouse visa would have 2-4 weeks remaining on it?

Not a problem at all, as long as you have a valid visa. You will be travelling along as well isnt it and your a settled/british citizen so you can the IO at UK border that you intended to apply ILR.
