Where can I find the details like
1. Range of Salary required
2. Points for Age

for a Tier-1 extension. My Tier-1 started on the Nov 2010.

Highly confusing:
My visa validity was from Nov 2010, in the Points tables [http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... idance.pdf Pg 10]
which of the following sections are applicable to me
1.Applications for leave to remain where the applicant has, or last had, leave as a Highly
Skilled Migrant, as a Writer, Composer or Artist, Self-employed Lawyer, or as a Tier 1
(General) Migrant under the rules in place before 6 April 2010 and has not been granted
leave in any category other than these since 6 April 2010

All other application for leave to remain

For Nov 2010 (i.e. After April 06, 2010) One with All other application for leave to remain - Page 11 of 33

The one where earnings of 35K to 40K range gives you 20 points.

Thank you.
This means with a salary of 35k, bachelor's degree, UK experience, Age
the points you get is 20+30+5+10, it is impossible to get an extension.
Any alternatives..

What was your Age when you got initial one?
Above 30 years?

Applied at the age of 28, visa effective from age 29
