Fiancee application letter template - not sponsor letter

Hi all! i´m preparing my fiancee visa application and I´m wondering if you would have an applicant letter template, I´ve got already the sponsor letter (my fiance letter) but i´m due to start mine and aint have a clue about what to write on it! please help! will b much appreciated!
