NOBODY REPLIED TO MY QUERY EARLIER SO I Am REPOSTING

Hi All,

Please help me with my query regarding Indefinite Leave with the new rules being introduced I am totally confused

2006 - Got my 1st work permit
2007- Got my 2nd work permit
2008 - Got HSMP
2010 - Extension under TIER 1 General

And in 2011 ILR.........
- But i dont understand abt this new COP rules? Does it apply to me?
- My understanding so far is I have to prove what I proved last time for my Tier 1 extension is this right? (e.g. Job, Salary Requirement etc)
- Do I have to contact my previous employers when I was on work permit to arrange some documents? If so what kind of documents?

Please please please reply and dont ignore

IMHO firstly you should specify:

1) UK entry dates (along with type of Visa) rather than Visa grant years
2) UK absence periods if any, along with reasons (i.e. business trip / paid vacation / unpaid absence etc.)
But i dont understand abt this new COP rules? Does it apply to me?
As far as I understand once you're on T1G you shouldn't have to worry about COP since that's for sponsored workers. BUT I'm not 100% sure about this. HO link on COP
My understanding so far is I have to prove what I proved last time for my Tier 1 extension is this right? (e.g. Job, Salary Requirement etc)
Broadly speaking, yes, but you should search this forum as this aspect has been answered many times
Do I have to contact my previous employers when I was on work permit to arrange some documents? If so what kind of documents?
1) At least employment letter clearly stating dates of employment and salary.
2) Work Permit sponsorship letter(s) that you get from HO

Sorry, however much I have answered, hope that helps.
