Can I use the Police register form for age proof as I want to apply for hsmp under 28? Thanks.

Whay do not use birth ceritifcates, passports ?

I have no birth certificate. That is why I asked if i can use police cerficate of registration.

No u can't use police certificate of registration. you can get passport to show ur age, very simple.

but under new regulations, we are not allowed to send the passport at the first stage.

my HSMP Under 28 Application was refused only because of age proof u have to put only one document out of the 3 i.e
1 Birth certificate
2 Passport certified copy or
3 Driving License

any other document is not considered

i received the approval letter today itself

so how did you make the appeal?
Can I just sent my orignal passport for application if I don't worry about the loss of it? I have never dealed with the court, so I don't know how to get it notarised from the court. I got a certified copy of my passport from the police. is it OK for this purpose?
