Agency reccommendations

With the new alterations, the Tier 2 visa application process has obviously become quite tricky.

Has anyone had great success with a particular agency that they would reccomend?

Dont quite understand what you might mean by an agency?
Tier 2 can only be applied by someone who is employed or going to be employed by an employer holding a license or applying to be a license holder. Not sure how an agency can help

Apologies if that was unclear, I was referring to legal agencies / consultants etc which assist in the sponsorship process.
