Hi

I work as a business manager for Chineese Company based in Bejjing China, I am working as a business manager for them in Qatar for past 3 years. I have spent most of my This years time in United Kingdom Under Tier 1 G, ( On/off between uk and qatar but spend most of time in UK been out less then 90 days of uk) Working on Expansion plans for the same company, however company is not yet registered in united Kingdom so i recieve my Wages in Local account in Doha ( Qatar). I have my payslips, Bank Statements and letters from directors and proving that i am working for them and currently spend most of time in UK to get into uks market.

My Tier 1 G extension is due in next year March.

Can some one guide me on claiming earnings paid to me by my employer in Qatar.

thanks in advance for your help.

You wont face any problem.

You can even claim earnings paid overseas. So dont worry about that. Just supply 1. payslips 2. Bank statements confirming salary credits and if possible a letter from company detailing cause of your stay in UK on company behalf. But if you even not submitt this letter you would still be given points for earnings.

Ordinarily you should be paying tax in the UK, but it would not normally affect your Tier 1 extension.
