Tier 1 General Refusal Help !

Post by Suraj2011 » Sat May 07, 2011 11:41 pm

I got 30 points for the Earnings instead of 35. This is because the accountant has misplaced payslip and he prepared the accounts for 54450, as it required >55000. Got the appeal under section 82(1). The question is if i include the payslip NOW, which i got and get the new statement for >55000. will it be ok . I request all the moderators and senior member to help me in this Regard. Thank you to all for your valuable suggestions.

Do you currently hold a valid leave? Or has it expired?

If the payslip was dated prior to the date of the decision, then the appeal should consider it.

2)Are there any work restrictions untill i get the visa.

i request the members to kindly help me in answering the above two questions.
