Husband on Tier 1 and I'm a UK National

Post by ditsysarah » Mon May 09, 2011 2:51 pm

I recently met and married my husband who is here in the UK on a Tier 1 Visa which expires in 2013. We would like to know how we can get an extension of stay for him. We were told that that the application form FLR(M) is used to switch categories. What we're also confused about is whether changing my maiden name to my married name will help the application or hinder it?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Neither.
