Currently in UK on a Tier 1 Visa expiring in July 2011. Am in UK on an transfer via my employer (employed in India)

UK Per Diem Allowances
UK House Allowance
- The house allowance is not mentioned on the UK Salary Advise I get
- This amount is just mentioned on the assignment letter / contract I have
- The house allowance amount needs to be claimed based on the actual house rent you pay

To include the house allowance in the total past earnings, which documents can I provide an evidence ?

- All my India Salary Slips and Bank Statements
- All my UK Pay Advise Slips (with Per Diems info) and the UK Bank Statements

As per house allowance which in your case, you only claim back after you have actually paid rent; the HO will not consider this as part of your gross earnings.

This is an expense from what I can see and it explains why it is not in your payslip.
