When will I be eligible for ILR

Hi All,

My HSMP was issued on 24/08/2007. I firstly arrived in UK on 01/10/2007 and my current visa (tier 1) expires on 24/08/2012. Will I be eligible for ILR in 07/2012 (being 5 years from date I have received HSMP), or do I have to apply for another visa extension to cover period between 24/08/2012 to 01/10/2012 then to apply for ILR in 10/2012? Question here is does 5 year starts from date I got the HSMp, or date I firstly arrive in UK?

90 days period should be apply for your case...you are safe....
