CCJ's affects of Tier 1 general VISA extention

hello everybody

i would like to know that i am applying for the VISA extension (Tier 1 general) in this conning June. and i have got a CCJ in my file my question is

Do i have to declare it in my VISA application, and if i declare which i should do will effect my application even i can prove that it was not my fault.

is there any body who has got CCJ and declared it and got VISA

please help me quick answer would be appreciated

it has got no effect on application if it is been paid off or served. and i also been through this i cleared it to home office and got extension as well
