hi,

how do i / can i apply from the uk for a eea family permit residence card for finland for my non-eea wife ?

i am a uk citizen, she has 2 yrs UK flrtm on basis of spouse.

"EEA family permit" is the name the UK uses for such a visa. Nobody else uses that name.

she's a russian citizen.

we both want a residence permit for finland (or whatever they call it) not a tourist visa.

You first get a Schengen tourist visa to get there.

Once you arrive, then you can arrange for a Residence Card for her, assuming you qualify. What do you plan to be doing there?
