Depedent Visa Please help

Depedent Visa Please help

I am in UK for more than 1 year and now I am applying for Tier 1 depedent visa for wife after 11 months of marriage.
as she was studying so we didnt apply for the visa.
1. What all documents Need to be submitted?
2. We are maintaing the maintance fund in Indian bank account in her(wife) account.Will that be OK.

Please help ASAP.

Marriage certificate and copy of your Tier-1 visa.
