BIRTH REGISTRATION OF A BABY OF A US CITIZEN(DIED)

A baby whose father was US Citizen but did not resgister his baby birth and the father died , if any body knows the procedure how to register the baby as US Citizen please help.
I am trying to help that baby Valunteerly and want his life to be secure.
Any information and help in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Im sorry to hear of a baby's death :( you should contact the hospital where the child was born for a birth certificate and they should tell you the procedures.

The baby is a live and the baby father died in an accident.

First of all, you should find out if the child is indeed a US citizen. See here for a start:
