No-one knows beyond the fact that there will be a consultation this year. The UKBA plan only states that by April 2012 (or in April 2012?) there will be unspecified settlement changes and (further?) consultation. This statement is notably missing from the Home Office plan.Tier1_ILR_Applicant wrote:Thank you! This is very useful information.
