Limited Company (Contractor) & Tier 1 Visa - Urgent

Hi,

Please if somebody can confirm that a Tier 1 General holder is eligible to open a Limited company on his own for contracting purpose.

Also will this impact the visa extension of the applicant (considering the applicant suffice all other requirements like salary as per PBS).


Also if there is an existing thread related to above, please share the link.
