Tier 1 Visa Extension

Hi,

I have applied for Tier1 visa extension for myself and my dependents on 16th March and done a payment by debit card.

Payment cleared on 22th March. Given the Biometric enrollment on 20th April. I still did not receive my passports. Please advise any reasons for delay and how to find the status. When I called home office they said I have to call them after 14 weeks.

if you check on the tier1 waiting times it says they are still processing applications that completed biometric on or before 19th april.. dont owrry you will get it in next 1 or 2 weeks

Many Thanks for the information. I am checking the website and past 3 weeks it is showing same message. DO I need to call them again and verify again. Please advise.
