Electronic (PDF) Payslips - Extension

Hi all,

My organisation has recetly discontinued with paper payslip and started giving electronic (PDF) payslips. These payslips are exactly same, as they were sent by post. They even carry my postal address.

Do I still need to get them authorised by HR/Finance department for extension?

i also receive my payslips by email on PDF format . my suggestion is to get it stamped from the HR department.

get it printed out on company letter head. Thats what I did.. didnt get stamped or signed though

I hope you meant "these payslips "look/appear" exactly the same".

I was searching if someone has got extension based on printed copies.

These should be either formal payslips or on company headed paper. If payslips are on unheaded paper or you receive all pay slips online, you must authenticate the evidence by asking the employer to sign and stamp a printout.

hi there,

I got my extension using email payslips, they had a company logo on them so I just printed out in colour so it looks exactly the same as letter head.

But to make sure that there was no problems I got my employer to do a Statement of Earnings for just the period I was claiming for, that was printed on offical letter head & signed by the payroll person.
