in a single gap outside the UK with a valid LTR but less than 18 months in 10 years.Does he qualify for ILR or not.
He came to this country in march 2004.Left UK in September 2008 and came back in April 2009 with valid LTR which was due to expired in July 2009.Still in the UK on student visa.Waiting to complete his 10 years on long Residence.
