family visa to UK

hi - parents applied twice in last 5 years family visa to UK and got in 5 working days, this time applied end of april 2011, 1.5 weeks past still says under process at BHC - any ideas as to why delays - bank holidays? - i saw the processing time though - so any other ideas

They have certainly become slow in the past year...more checks n stuff

My family applied for their visit visa (from Mumbai-South) on the 20th of April 2011.

Still awaiting a decision...

Nobody knows the reason behind this delay

I think average is about 8 weeks in India. Remember when its summer in UK, more people apply for visitors visa thus the delay
