Please help on PSW DEPENDENT VISA No JOb IN UK

hi,
I am applying for Psw visa as a dependent for my wife from india and i have few doubts on the documents i need to send to Uk high commision .
The documents i am sending are:
1)Uk bank statement of 95 days with £2450 funds maintained .
2)Marriage certificate
3)Marriage pictures 6-8 and wedding invitation card.
4)phone statements for 3 months.
5)some email printouts of both of us
6)Westren Union slips to show Money transactions.
7)Marriage Hall Reciept .
8)Certificate from my wifes university back in india confirming the mode of teaching was in in english .
9)Uk Tenancy agreement.
10)xerox Copies of my my Ms degree From Uk on which I got Psw.
11)My passport Xerox copies.
The main problem I have is I dont have job Here in uk and trying to find one in IT i mean in my field .
Is it mandatory to show letter from an employer and salary pay slips in order to apply for dependent as i have enough money back from India to support my self and My wife .
Any one with the same situation Or suggestions please advise me Thanks n advance.

Not a problem.
employment or tenancy contract is not a requirement in PBS dependant visa application.
