Applying Tier2 ICT-->Maintenance fund related Question

Hello Everyone!
I am going to apply for TIER 2 ICT (intra company transfer). But I have not maintained £800 as a maintenance fund for me and £533 for my wife in last 3 months. What are the other alternatives that can get me a VISA for example A maintenance letter from sponsor who is ready to give maintenance for both me and my wife for initial one month is suffice. I will be on per-diem plus an Indian salary over there.

You can get a letter from UK employer to provide a letter stating that they will be maintaining here in UK. They need to mention you and your dependants name in the letter. That is sufficient

I have one more question to ask.

Can a single CoS include me and my spouse both or I need to get one for me and one for my wife who will be applying as a dependent ?

May be I am asking too much of questions. Is it advisable to apply Main applicant's visa application and dependent application in same envelope or should Main applicant get his VISA done first and then apply for dependent..

Together is always better as they will know the case together, but it won't make any difference!

CoS is for some one to work here in UK. It is not required for dependants. But i don't know, whether this has to be mentioned when the sponsors issue for CoS
