Working Tax Credit

Post by Asali » Thu May 26, 2011 9:37 am

Hello

Am in the process of applying a Dependant Visa for my daughter. Working tax credit is that a public fund? Might it be a hinderance from the Visa being issued?

Please advise

Indefinate Leave to remain.

With the help of yourself and a few others in this board, I have gathered hopefully all evidence that is required.

Will working tax credit affect that process?

Yes working tax credit is a public fund, however as you have ILR you have recourse to public funds, and therefore there is no problem you claiming this. What you need to show is that you will not need to claim additional public funds in order to maintain and acommodate your child.
