Biomatric Letter

Hi
I applied for my extended tier-4 visa on 21 APR 2011 by post and my application received 26 APR 2011 and I received acknowlegment letter on 11 MAY 2011 (date on letter 08 MAY 2011) but still I am not receive biomatric letter.

Can you tell me how long take time for Biomatric Letter ?

usually it's takes 4weeks from the date you submit the application.

Hi...I also applied for my extension visa and I received my confirmation letter from UKBA dated April 21, 2011 acknowledging that they received my application papers. Since then I have not receive any communication from them especially the letter to have my biometric information taken. It has been more than a month now since I received my confirmation letter. What shall I do I cannot enquire from their good office about the status of my biometric letter?
