Significant Achievement - Authoring Technical Books in IT

Dear Senior Members,

I would like to know whether I can cliam points under "Significant Achievement" band.

I have authored 2 books on world's widely used Programming Language, and published in a nation that is second best in IT field, next only to US.

These books have ISBN, internationally unique identifiers. Needless to say, I have intellectual property agreemnets signed with the respective publishers.

Added, I received a personal appreciation letter from the Head of the Nation, recognizing the content and the good effort. [I authored it when I was in my early 20s, and the Head of the Nation was a technical person too]

Opinions please.

Your achievement sounds quite significant but in HSMP nothing can be taken as granted. My case was like as of yours. I have authored two books that are landmark (it was from non-profit organization and thus no matter of bestselling) in my country and in my profession. However, I could not scored in significant achievement.

I have feeling that in HSMP, significant achievement is very hard nut. Anyway, good luck!!
