Tier 2 dependant going to university abroad

Post by elfgirl » Sat May 28, 2011 11:38 am

I'm trying to find the answer to this question on the UKBA website with no joy. I'm currently on a 3 year Tier 2 Employer Sponsored Visa. My child is on a dependent. He will going to university during this time and is considering going to school abroad. Will this affect his ability to stay in the UK should my company continue to sponsor me?

thank you!

Will he be going to a school (until age 18 ) or university (for age 18+)?
If going to University, what is the duration of the course he will pursue?
How old is your child now?
