Hello everyone, im in uk for 5 yrs 2 months(3 yrs as student + 2 yrs psw). Is it possible to apply for ILR rule? Btw i hav applied for tier 1 general. Done biometric few weeks ago. Visa expires on 18 june 2011.
In case, i got refusal before 18 june, can i go for JR? Or can i apply for ILR coz of 5 yrs?

Assuming the application is refused before your current leave expires, whether there will a basis of JR will depend on the reason(s) of refusal. e.g. - if the refusal is for valid reason(s), how will JR help in reversing a decision? Also, do note that JR is an expensive process.
