ILR in August Please advice ...

Post by Polat » Fri Jun 03, 2011 9:43 am

I'm due to submit my ILR application in august 2011 as imw orking here since 2006 on WP same emplyer.. and I have few questions regrading the criminality requirements...
1- I have attended speed awareness course 2010 (so no FPN)
2- I have been fined £60 ponds and 3 points on my DL 2011 (paid on time)
3- during 5 years in the UK .. I have paid all types of parking fines including bus lane fine ...
4- I had some minnor accidents which has not resulted to go to court at all and all sorted with insurance companies ...

any of the above topics would affect my ILR application .. please advice

Was the fine issued by the court in your absence? If not and it was a fixed penalty there shouldn't be a problem.

- NO PROBLEM, NOT A CRIMINAL CONVICTION. HOWEVER READING THE CASEWORKERS MANUAL.. DID YOU RECEIVE TOO MAY FPNS - THAT MAY BE PROBLEM. OVERALL IT LOOKS FINE FOR YOU.
