I have been ouside the UK for a year and half after getting my tier 1 visaI got my tier 1 visa in OCt 2009and its valid till Jan 2013.i moved from HSMP to tier 1 category .
Currently,
I am employed with a company in India and I am back to UK on a 6 month assignment with the same tier 1 visa ,i got married in 2010 Jan and been with her since then Can i apply for a dependant visa ? I have indian bank statements, proof of marriage . what proof is accepted to show them that we have been married and we have been staying together.
