Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan

Hi guys - I'm new to this forum...
My name is Zaara and basically I'm growing deeply concerned about my husbands visa application so I was hoping I could be advised and pointed to the right direction.

So I got married in December 2010 and my husband applied in March 2011.

When checking the progress of his application on the ukvacpk.com wesite this is what it says:

your application has been forwarded to Islamabad OC on 3/22/2011.

Now I wouldnt be that worried except 22nd March is the date he submitted his application and the status hasnt updated since. Its never said the app is with the BHC for processing and we are nearing the end of the 12 week timeframe. What should I do? Please help?

Khan786, according to the information sheet I received with my Notice to Sponsor letter, it says that an appeal hearing (court date) will take place AFTER 8 weeks since receiving the appeal bundle.

In this case, if IAFT received appeal bundle on 2nd June 2011 then you can expect an appeal hearing AFTER Thursday 28th July 2011.

I hope the court allows your appeal (this would mean that the ECO must issue you the visa by order of the court, essentially the court overturning the ECO's decision).

Guys,

Please don;t feel down. Always look on the positive side of things, as Allah SAWT becomes very angry if you only concentrate on the negative. If you think negative, only bad things will happen.

InshAllah you will all get your visas very soon.

Yeah just going to have to wait, ill post here when I get visa most likely in Jan/Feb next year. I'm going abroad next week cba waiting any longer.

Stupid immigration policy had enough of this crap.

No updates here either, them baskets!

This week is supposed to be 8 people getting their update, of which 3 are appellants (myself included)!!

Ok if not all 8 then at least 5 or 6? They have to up their game, at least for this week as it is to be the busiest due to all deadlines coming this week.
