Important Regarding Dependent Visa!

Post by susheel » Mon Jun 06, 2011 8:15 pm

Hi

I need Urgent help regarding mine Passport Verification for dependent visa. I have already courier all the sponser document from Uk to India. For Mine passport I have sent only xerox of all pages I have forget to verify by Royal Mail. Is that effect on Visa Rejection?
They have to submit all the documents this week end.

Please seniors suggest me what should I do?

Regards

I have seen in one of the previous Fourm mail. thats why I am worried. I do not know xerox of passport / Visa page of document attested or not.

i have not attest I just xerox & mail courier to India from Uk.

if attested then self attested will work or not?
or attested by Royal Mail ?

If any body will clear then good for me. I am applying for my wife & 2 Kids from india.

Thanks

Susheel

Dear Senior members please clarify. Personally I fail to understand why this process is so stressful. Every day we get to know something new.

I have read the guidelines multiple times and all i read is that we need to submit .........Copy of the pages of sponsor's passport showing their visa or permission to stay if already in UK.

For all other evidence also I did not read any where that it needs to be notorised.........most of them need to be submitted in original and couple of them as copy.

Please suggest from where this notory or attestation guideline is coming.

Your guidance will be extremely valuable.

Cheers,
Jacob.

Such country specific requirements, if any, are dictated by the local British overseas posts. So check with local BHC / VAC in the country where the application is to be submitted.

AIUI, there is no such requirement issued by BHC in India. But such requirements are dynamic, so best that such information be checked directly near to the time of application.

The sponsor's passport pages must be notarised. I am speaking from personal experience. A UK Solicitor is a very good option.

Perhaps for application(s) in Pakistan!

Your experience is country-specific. Or has your dependant applied for PBS dependant leave from every country in this world? A personal experience cannot be misconstrued as a policy.

Hi,

I have enquired over Indian VFS ( Delhi) and Pune. They told do not require any kind of attestation on Sponsor passport xerox copy.

Its No need of any nautroised for sponsor passport xerox if apply from India.

Also Tenency Agreement is also optional if u have U can give.

Thanks & Regards.
