Can I apply for indefinite leave to remain ?

Post by HSMPSEQUENCE » Mon Jun 06, 2011 8:47 pm

I would like to check whether I can apply for indefinite leave to remain?

My Immigration history is:

1. Leave to remain Dependent: November 1988 to August 1990 (Father doing PhD) = (21 MONTHS)

2. Leave to remain Student 01Nov2004 to April2007 = (30 MONTHS)

3. Science and Engineering Graduate Scheme April 2007 to March 2008 (12 MONTHS)

4. Tier 1 General : March 2008 to date (40 MONTHS)

Any help, I would really appreciate it.

Regards,
S

regarding no. 1 ignore it since u have been out of UK for 14 years :-) after it...
no. 3 is it work or post study work or what ?
I belive you can submit for ur ILR either 2014 as 10 years resident or 2013 as tier 1 ...
