Benefits in Pregnancy - Tier 2

Hello,
Tier 2 visa holders have no recourse of Public Funds,
Please confirm, is Maternity Exemption (free prescription, and dental benefits which is valid for 2 years of Pregnancy) included in Public Funds.
Will ILR be effect if one takes those benefits.

No - It is not classified as 'Public Funds', and it would not have any effect on your getting your ILR.
