TIER 1 VISA Refusal

my tier 1 visa refused

In the refusal letter they said that they sent a letter to my clients for invoice verification & they didn't received a reply from 2 of my clients , so they refused the visa.

but all my clients send their reply through recorded delivery & they have the proof of royal mail delivery ..

i didn't get a right to appeal ...my visa expires this in June 11

so please help me ??what to do next ???

consult a good solicitor and apply before june 11th ..i think you have a good chance to get your visa as you have proofs.

go to a solicitor. no need very good as u have proof. solicitor would write a pre-action protocol letter to ho. this step is just before judicial review. after sending the letter if ho refuse again , then the following step is judicial review.
i know this bcos i doing the same.
